Dan Huberty representative of Texas’ House District 127. Huberty is serving on the Calendars, Public Education, State Affairs and Public Education committees and the Subcommittee on Educator Quality Chair.
Huberty served as president of Humble Independent School District, a position he has held since 2006. He is a member of the Lake Houston Area Chamber of Commerce, the Knights of Columbus and the Humble Rotary Club. In addition he has supported Mothers Against Drunk Driving and Students Against Drunk Driving campaigns in the Humble area for 20 years.
Huberty received a Bachelor degree from Cleveland State University in 1991. In addition, he received an M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix in 1998. Since 2009, Huberty has served as vice-president of business development for Clean Energy Fuels.
Hubert and his wife of 15 years, Janet, have 3 children, Brianna, Ryan, and Dylan. They are members of the Saint Martha's Catholic Church parish in Walden.
