In 2015, we tracked the hiring and first few months on the job of new presidents at UT-Austin and Texas A&M, the debate in the Legislature over guns on college campuses and the loss of state funding for scholarship programs. Next year, we’ll be tracking a U.S. Supreme Court case on the future of affirmative action in Texas and the debate between universities and some lawmakers over whether to increase tuition.
