The Texas Disability Issues Forum brings together members of the Texas disability community and candidates for statewide office. In a series of one-on-one interviews, candidates will discuss current issues affecting the estimated 3.2 million Texans with disabilities and their families.

The 2018 lineup includes: Mike Collier, Democratic candidate for lieutenant governor (10:15 a.m.); Justin Nelson, Democratic candidate for attorney general (10:45 a.m.); Lupe Valdez, Democratic candidate for governor (11:15 a.m.); and U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D-El Paso, Democratic candidate for U.S. senator (12 p.m.). Their Republican counterparts were invited but declined to attend.
