The latest web video from the David Dewhurst re-election campaign features an animated recording of a phone call the lieutenant governor made to Sean Hannity's radio show. Dewhurst, who faces three challengers in the March Republican primary, recently invited Hannity to move to Texas after the conservative broadcaster said he was fed up with New York regulations.
