In the first statewide TV spot of his re-election campaign, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst describes Texas as a place where everybody can live the American dream. "I promise you we have more opportunity in Texas than any other state, and that's going to change over my dead body," he says. The three-term incumbent faces three challengers in the March Republican primary.
