The spot will air in Waco and Bryan/College Station today.

The Dallas Morning News has uncovered that former Houston oil executive Bill Flores led his company through a bankruptcy  that left taxpayers on the hook for $7.5 million.  

The Star Telegram: "Bankruptcy of Flores' company cost taxpayers."  

Bill Flores says he'll bring his experience to Congress.  

Bankruptcy?
