Julián Castro spars with Beto O’Rourke on immigration: “If you did your homework on this issue, you would know”

Castro drew praise from pundits for his sharp answers during a portion of Wednesday's debate focused on immigration, part of which involved Castro arguing with the other Texan onstage over whether improper border crossings should be decriminalized.

Texas 2020 Elections
