Duke University recently launched TeachHouse, a fellowship program that brings four new and two veteran teachers under the same roof — literally. Participants support each other through the challenges of being a new teacher as activities introduce practical tools for inexperienced educators. This particular housing concept, the first of its kind in the country, hopes to attract more students to teaching and retain those who choose to pursue the profession. (Huffington Post)
