Regional Water Conservation Researchers Await Funding
Regional water conservation initiatives and water research programs such as those at the University of Texas at El Paso and the Texas Water Resources Institute at Texas A&M University would benefit from legislation pushed by U.S. Rep. Beto O’Rourke, D-El Paso. He says the renewal of funding would expand research into the use of grey water as well as into removing salt from brackish groundwater. (KRWG)
