Water is Top Issue for Agriculture Commissioner

The state's new agriculture commissioner says that water is his top priority and that water policy will be a key issue for the agency. Commissioner Sid Miller said during an LCRA Planning and Public Policy meeting that the agency will institute a water department and that it will play a more active role in working on water policy.
