Railroad Commission Chairman Barry Smitherman, a Republican running for attorney general, has released a campaign video in which he promises to protect Texans from the White House and the Environmental Protection Agency's "job-killing policies." Smitherman asks voters to join his "conservative crusade" and talks about the multiple lawsuits he and current Attorney General Greg Abbott have already filed against the EPA.
