Bill Urges Treatment, Not Punishment, for Prostitution Charges

In an effort to help juveniles forced into sex trafficking, state Sen. Leticia Van de Putte, D-San Antonio, has filed a bill that would allow more counties to set up specialty courts for minors charged with prostitution.
