The surprise winner of Tuesday's U.S. Senate runoff, Ted Cruz, was a guest on this morning's edition of Fox News Sunday. He talked about his willingness to work with Democrats — and "Martians" — to cut spending, reduce the federal deficit and shrink the size of government, as well as "defend liberty and restore the Constitution."
