<p>An ad launched by a Super PAC that supports&nbsp;<a href="http://www.texastribune.org/directory/david-dewhurst/">David Dewhurst</a>&nbsp;features a mother criticizing&nbsp;<a href="http://www.texastribune.org/directory/ted-cruz/">Ted Cruz</a>, who has done some civil legal work for the&nbsp;developer in Pennsylvania's "kids for cash" scandal.
