Weekend Insider: Ted Nugent Talks
This week in The New York Times and at texastribune.org, Jay Root talks with rock-and-roll star and Second Amendment advocate Ted Nugent.
Rocker Ted Nugent is no stranger to controversy. He was recently investigated by the Secret Service over comments he made regarding President Obama. He has pleaded guilty to illegally shooting a black bear with a bow and arrow, and he has stirred controversy in the 2012 presidential race by saying Mitt Romney sought his endorsement.
Reporter Jay Root sits down with the Nuge to get his take on these issues.
