A Democratic PAC closes the HD-3 race with heavy advertising accusing a Republican challenger of dealing illegal drugs when he was younger.

The House Democratic Campaign Committee started running this ad this week in the tight House District 3 race between state Rep. Mark Homer, D-Paris, and Republican Erwin Cain, R-Sulphur Springs. Libertarian Douglas Froneberger of Sulphur Springs is on the ballot, too.
