The ad, which will begin running Tuesday, opens with a clip of Flores saying, "I know what it means to borrow debt. I know what it means to repay it." Then a screen — citing a recent Dallas Morning News article that revealed Flores had yet to return $7.5 million he received from the federal government to save his company from a bankruptcy — reads, "Bill Flores, Getting Rich on Government Bailouts."
