In a first for us, we’re HuTube vlogging from the road. We’re en route to the Democratic gubernatorial debate between Bill White and Farouk Shami and are bringing you a video update as we roll north. Tech Director H.O. Maycotte loaded me up with a Verizon traveling WiMax card and our multimedia producer Todd is part of the crew today, so we flip-cammed an update as we traveled north on I-35.

This experiment was more dangerous than it seemed. We already witnessed two wrecks, including a nine-car pileup somewhere around Georgetown.

The big question for viewers – which hashtag should we use on Twitter for tonight’s debate? I share some of the suggestions in our HuTube update:
