So the Perry and Hutchison campaigns have agreed to debate a second time: in Dallas, for an hour, on January 29, with the various Belo entities, including the Dallas Morning News, playing host. Only guess who's not invited? Yup, Debra Medina, who, according to an article posted a few hours ago by the DMN's Christy Hoppe, "did not meet the sponsor’s criteria to be included in the debate." What's the over/under on how soon the sponsor revisits that decision?
