HuTube: Rick Perry Calls For Bigger, Better Tea Parties

Watch Governor Rick Perry's Wednesday speech at the Midland County Republican Women's luncheon, where he claims President Barack Obama is "beyond not caring about Texas."

Governor Rick Perry told a Republican audience at the Midland Country Club Wednesday that he believes the Obama administration is "trying to punish Texas" and that tea parties should be "twice as big".  Perry's favorite punching bag (besides the state of California), Washington, D.C., takes a verbal beating.
