More than a dozen attorneys and former law enforcement officials reviewed footage of the deadly ICE car pursuit for The Texas Tribune. They said ICE’s tactics were breaking with best practice and possibly the law.

In a social media post, President Donald Trump said ICE should continue doing vehicle stops. The agency suspended such stops after agents fatally shot immigrants in Houston and Maine during vehicle stops.
