Medina serves as the executive director of We Texans, a nonprofit organization working to support conservative public policy. In 2010, she ran for the Republican nomination for governor. Previously, Medina served as the Wharton County Republican Party chairwoman and state coordinator for the Campaign for Liberty. She is also the founder and CEO of Prudentia Inc., a medical consulting firm.
