Correction, Sept. 22, 2025 6:53 pm: This article has been corrected and updated in several places after the original publication. It was corrected to reflect that Stacy Solis offered a list of names she and her coalition wanted to vote on and that Richard Gonzales said he believes certain expenditures don't need committee approval. Incorrect information about how Solis and Melissa Jalomo attempted to access a virtual meeting was removed. A reference to a state party rule that was not cited in their complaint was also removed. This article has also been updated in three areas to better clarify Solis and Jalomo's role in leading a coalition of about 30 precinct chairs and the role of the executive committee.
