Carrie Bair-Norwood is at the forefront of advancing the Tribune’s mission, enhancing our revenue streams and strengthening relationships with our stakeholders. Carrie has more than 25 years of experience leveraging strategic fundraising and marketing initiatives to advance the missions of non-profits. She joined the Tribune in 2024 after working as the chief development officer for Project Sanctuary, a Colorado-based nonprofit that serves military families facing hardships. Carrie has spent the bulk of her career supporting the work of the YMCA, including as senior vice president of development for the YMCA of Greater San Antonio, vice president of marketing & development for the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region, vice president of development for the YMCA of Boulder Valley, and associate executive director of the YMCA of Greater Houston. Carrie and her family live in the Hill Country north of San Antonio.
