The 30-second spot mentions that Cornyn has voted "time and time again against Obamcare" and that he was rated the second-most conservative U.S. senator by the <em>National Journal</em>. Cornyn, who was first elected to the U.S. Senate in 2002, is up for re-election in 2014.</span></p>
