When we recently announced 50 salient names to the lineup for the Texas Tribune Festival, happening Sept. 21-23, the list was a “who’s who” of leaders and innovators shaping the future on state and national issues.
Well, I have big news: With a little more than nine weeks until TribFest 2023, we’re announcing another 100 renowned change-makers joining us for an unforgettable celebration of big ideas in politics, policy and beyond. Together, they represent a breadth of on-stage expertise and perspective in national and statewide politics, policy and journalism that is unrivaled here in Texas, and arguably, anywhere in the United States.
Numbers, however, don’t tell the whole story. The impact of TribFest doesn’t come from a roster of more than 300 speakers, but instead from how these speakers engage in candid, meaningful conversation on the most critical issues facing our state and our country.
We’re thrilled to share that Adam Kinzinger, Renu Khator, Katherine Clark and Aaron Franklin now join this list, along with Trent Ashby, Dick DeGuerin, Nita Farahany, Evelyn Farkas, Ruben Gallego, Lina Hidalgo, Gina Hinojosa, Asa Hutchinson, Peniel Joseph, Brian Kemp, Seung Min Kim, Phil King, Emily Ramshaw, Anthony Scaramucci, Ruth Simmons, Brian Stelter, Bret Stephens and many, many more.
Scan the updated roster and you’re sure to find many names you recognize and can’t wait to hear. But I’d also encourage you to follow your curiosity and learn more about those who are unfamiliar to you. Discover leaders focused on the issues most important to you. Dig into ideas and experiences that challenge your own.
Nine weeks until TribFest and an unforgettable celebration of big ideas in politics, policy and beyond. And the list keeps growing. Get your tickets today.
