Most Texas Republicans vote against U.S. House resolution condemning Trump for racist tweet

All Democrats voted in favor of the resolution, which passed in a near party-line vote. Only one Texas Republican, U.S. Rep. Will Hurd, R-Helotes, joined Democrats in the vote.
