Keynote speakers include: state Comptroller Glenn Hegar; Leroy Chiao, International Space Station commander; Roy Spence, co-founder and chairman of GSD&M; Evan Smith, CEO and co-founder of the Texas Tribune; Andrew Sansom, executive director of the Meadows
 Center for Water and the Environment; state Sen. Charles Perry, R-Lubbock; and state Rep. Eddie Lucio III, D-Brownsville.
