Former TWDB Chief To Advise Meadows Center

Carlos Rubinstein, former chairman of the Texas Water Development Board, was appointed as an advisor on water sustainability efforts for the Meadows Center for Water and the Environment at Texas State University. Rubinstein, who also served as a member on the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, will start by overseeing a project with the Texas Environmental Flows Initiative, an effort by a consortium of conservation organizations to locate and buy water for the environment.
