Confetti Photos Affect the San Marcos River
The trend of taking confetti toss graduation photos at Texas State is taking a toll on the San Marcos River. The glitter that falls on the ground is washed into storm drains and into the river, releasing toxins that are harmful to aquatic life. (KXAN)
