Environmental Flows Agreement Said to Help Whooping Cranes
An agreement has been reached following the long legal battle between the Aransas Project and the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority on environmental flows for the San Antonio Bay estuary. The agreement, which represents upstream interests and coastal interests, is not binding, but both sides have pledged to work together to protect the overall health of the river system.
