Travis County Floods Raise Questions on Response
The deadly floods that hit southeast Travis County on Oct. 30 are raising questions about the county's response. County officials are examining whether citizens in the flooded areas should have been evacuated, whether a more effective flood warning system should be put in place and how the county might better work with other governmental and volunteer organizations.
