Up to 1,000 undocumented children are expected to arrive in Ellis and Rockwall counties starting Friday. Ellis County officials talk about how they’re preparing: “This will become a miniature city for the next 21 days," said Ellis County Sheriff Johnny Brown. "They have fire control, EMS, everything under control.”
