A Gallup survey conducted for Google revealed that nearly two-thirds of teachers at less affluent schools believe their students should be required to take more computer science courses but were less confident that their school boards shared that priority. Teachers and students who showed the greatest interest in computer science did not feel their school boards were supportive of finding the tools to help them procure the appropriate classroom technology.
