From highway funding to protecting hunting and fishing, Texas voters will have a say in whether the state Constitution should be amended in seven very different ways.
Correction: This video says incorrectly that the lieutenant governor is required to live in Austin. The state constitution requires the governor to live in Austin; it does not require the lieutenant governor to do so.
