Rainwater Distribution System Brings Water to Parched Rajasthan
A new rainwater harvesting system will help provide safe drinking water to six villages in Rajasthan, India, where more than half of the city's drinking water does not meet the World Health Organization's standards. The system, created by Sustainable Innovations, a nonprofit organization, is made up of various reservoirs and pipe systems that collect monsoon rainwater to be distributed as drinking water. (CNN)
