Who: St. Edwards University professor Charles Porter, New Braunfels Utilities, as well as representatives from the Guadalupe Blanco River Authority, Edwards Aquifer Authority, National Weather Service, Trinity Groundwater Conservation District, Texas Water Development Board, San Antonio Water System, Canyon Lake Water Service Company

Where: New Braunfels Civic/Convention Center, 390 S. Seguin Ave., New Braunfels

When: Oct. 16, 8:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m.
