Report Says Half of U.S. Now in Drought

According to the U.S. Drought Monitor, 52 percent of the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii, is now in some stage of drought. Dry weather is affecting parts of almost every region in the country, with eight states, including California and South Carolina, running out of water. (Water Online)
