Teach for America Applicant Numbers Still Decreasing

Teach for America, a nonprofit that matches recent college graduates with high-need classrooms around the country, is facing another year of steady decline in the number of applicants to the program. Peaking in 2013 with over 57,000 applicants, the number of young people interested in participating has dropped to just above 44,000.
