While textbook publishing companies struggle to keep up with content that aligns with newly adopted Common Core standards, teachers are finding relief in the form of peer-created materials online. Sites like Teachers Pay Teachers, BetterLesson.com and ShareMyLesson.com all provide a marketplace for teachers to sell their lesson plans and materials to other educators. (Slate)
