Bill Will Move Conservation Program to TPWD

A bill passed by the Legislature will move the Texas Farm and Ranch Lands Conservation Program to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, where supporters say the program will be better served.

A bill passed by the Legislature will move the Texas Farm and Ranch Lands Conservation Program to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, where supporters say the program, which is intended to conserve farms and ranches supporting the state's natural resources, will be better served.
