Comedian Stephen Colbert has pledged $800,000 and has partnered with the Morgridge Family Foundation and the tech company ScanSource to fund nearly 1,000 classroom projects at over 375 schools across the state.

Comedian Stephen Colbert has pledged $800,000 and has partnered with the Morgridge Family Foundation and the tech company ScanSource to fund nearly 1,000 classroom projects at over 375 schools across the state. About 800 teachers made those requests through the crowdfunding site DonorsChoose.org.
