The $1 million truck, which features a 75-foot-long trailer, is outfitted with a 3-D mammography unit, patient rooms and a telemedicine link to provide access to follow-up care. It was recently unveiled by UT Southwestern Medical Center and the Moncrief Cancer Institute. (WFAA-TV)</p>
