Battleground Ad Promotes Bailey in HD-108

In a campaign video released Wednesday by Battleground Texas, the Democratic candidate in the Dallas County-based HD-108, Leigh Bailey, emphasizes her ties to the district as well as her professional background as an attorney advising small businesses.

"In my professional life, I’ve served as a small business advisor, and I know that only a poorly run business doesn’t plan for the future," Bailey said in the ad. "Texas is strong today because we had leaders who looked ahead and made smart investments."

Bailey is challenging Morgan Meyer for the North Dallas and Park Cities-anchored House seat left vacant when Dan Branch opted to run for attorney general.
