Republican Greg Abbott's campaign for governor is hitting his opponent, Democrat Wendy Davis, for alleged ethical lapses in a new web ad.
The ad strings together TV footage of reports that raised questions about her service on the Fort Worth City Council, when she cast votes on projects that used her title company. The Abbott campaign says Davis used her position to line her pockets.
The Davis campaign says she acted appropriately and lawfully and never crossed an ethical line.
