U.S. House Passes Bill To Block Proposed Water Rule
The U.S. House of Representatives has passed a bill to prevent the Obama administration from enforcing a rule proposed by the EPA that would determine which streams and waterways would be protected from development under the Clean Water Act. The bill would block the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers from developing the proposed rule. (The Associated Press)
