Many experts believe that an influx of digital reading devices in schools may be causing as much harm as good. While mobile devices and tablets motivate and engage students, studies indicate they do so at the expense of deeper comprehension. In the end, fostering skills with both old and new media could strike a healthy balance for the future of successful education. (Education Week)
