Event: 2014 U.S. Math Recovery Council National Conference

What: Mathematics educators gather to explore the subject of research-based mathematics teaching and learning. Keynote speakers Dr. Jonathan Thomas and Pamela Weber Harris will deliver addresses aligned with this year’s conference theme, “The Difference is YOU in Transforming Numeracy Education.” The three-day conference includes concurrent sessions that will offer a variety of topics intended to illuminate teaching practices that promote student learning, including discussions for administrators and special education teachers.

Who: The conference is hosted by the U.S. Math Recovery Council, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and maintaining a complete integrated curriculum for the instruction of elementary mathematics.
