U.S., Mexico to Release Water Into Arizona's Colorado River Delta

The U.S. and Mexico are conducting an ecological experiment by releasing water downstream from the Morelos Dam near Yuma, Ariz., into the Colorado River delta, according to a report in the science journal Nature.

In a case before the Texas Supreme Court, representatives from a Liberty County rice farm say that water from an injection well has "trespassed" in the aquifer beneath its property.
