In an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer, Texas Gov. Rick Perry said rocker Ted Nugent’s description of President Obama is “not appropriate language to use for the president of the United States,” and added, “look, I got a problem calling the president a mongrel.”

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, the frontrunner for the GOP nomination for governor, campaigned with Nugent this week in North Texas.
